Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns:

Simply Distinctive Concepts does not accept returns on any item purchased.

Exchanges:

Items may only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for a store credit, please email us for specific instructions at info@simplydistinctiveconcepts.com. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for items returned. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that are broken in transit, and we will not issue a store credit.

Items that have been used and are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. We MUST receive the items in it's original packaging we sent to you. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to let you know your exchange has been processed. A gift card will be issued to you, and you may redeem the gift card code online.

Special Orders:

All special orders are final sale and may not be returned.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be assessed as 25% restocking fee.
