Shipping Information

Simply Distinctive Concepts strives to provide a high level of customer service and we want you to experience that with every purchase you make.  As part of our shipping process, your order will be hand inspected to ensure it meets or exceeds our quality standards.

Orders will take 1-2 days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped.  Please expect shipping delays during the holiday season.   

Items are shipped standard delivery within the continental US only, using USPS, FedEx or UPS. Simply Distinctive Concepts is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

Some large and bulky items may require white glove service. If you live in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, some large and bulky items may be eligible for local delivery or white glove service for a fee.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order is the purchase of an item not currently in stock at our warehouse. Every pre-order item has an estimated arrival date, which can result in a 4 to 12 week delay due to current import of goods issue. Any product purchased on pre-order will be reserved for the buyer and shipped out after the product has arrived at our location.
