We work hard to select the highest quality products and to pack your items with the best of care, but if an item ever arrives damaged we will make it right by sending you a replacement item or exchange credit. If an item does arrive damaged please email 4 photos of the damaged item(s) & packaging to info@simplydistinctiveconcepts.com within 5 days of receipt. If you are local to the Mesquite, Texas area items purchased through our website that have the original tags attached and a sales receipt may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or online credit only. Items that have been used and are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. We MUST receive the items in it's original packaging we sent to you. SHIPPING:
If requested to return your product a mailing address will be provided to you. The item MUST be returned in the original packaging that it was shipped to you in. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items that are broken in transit to us and we will not give a credit for them.
