Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns:

Simply Distinctive Concepts does not accept returns on any item purchased. All sales are final.

Exchanges:

Items may only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.  To exchange an item for a store credit, please email us for specific instructions at info@simplydistinctiveconcepts.com.  You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for items returned.  If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that are broken in transit, and we will not issue a store credit.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to let you know your exchange has been processed. A gift card will be issued to you, and you may redeem the gift card code online.

Special Orders:

All special orders are final sale and may not be returned.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.  Any cancellations made after 24 hours will be assessed as 25% restocking fee.
